Haitian Community Partners is a Brockton-based organization comprised of Haitian expatriate professionals. Our mission is to work collaboratively with community-based and national organizations to improve access for the underprivileged in the areas of social services, immigration, youth leadership, and health that are appropriate, comprehensive, integrated, and culturally sensitive.  By offering a range of services, educational programs, and advocacy initiatives, we aim to address the unique needs and challenges faced by migrants and those that face economic and social inequalities.

Haitians Community Partners Foundation, Inc. (HCPF) was founded in 2013.  HCPF is located in the heart of downtown Brockton. HCPF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and now occupies its newly renovated space at 71 Legion Parkway Suite 22, a short walking distance from the Mass Transit Commuter Rail station and Brockton Area Transit (BAT) terminals. HCPF’s new home consists of 890 square feet of office space, which includes staff workstations, and meeting quarters. HCPS is governed by a Board of Directors, which oversees its administration and program activities. HCPF’s greatest strength and community resource position is embedded in its grassroots approach to providing social services and Youth Leadership awareness through volunteerism. Since its creation, HCPF’s devoted network of volunteer Haitian and American professionals have been working to foster a relationship with various local organizations to mobilize community members, raise awareness, and help bridge the gaps in existing services.
